Ales Michl, the governor of Czech Republic’s central bank, suggested ECB’s General Council to consider adding Bitcoin as part of its reserved assets. Dismissing the suggestion, Lagarde said reserved assets need to be liquid and secure – criteria she feels are not strong with BTC for now.
