Telegram has informed the Madras High Court that it is not feasible to monitor all accounts for leaked customer data from Star Health, after the insurer suffered a data breach. The messaging platform stated that it would only block content identified as problematic when reported, and has agreed to delete the data if it received help from Star Health.
