The EU’s ESMA has released a proposal of suggested guidelines to help crypto firms assess the competence requirements for their staff members. By introducing this step, the regulatory agency said, it wants to ensure that only people with the right risk-and-benefit knowledge on crypto get to engage with investors and help them make informed decisions.
