Nvidia has said that the US DOJ is sending out subpoenas as part of an antitrust probe — but the company has not yet been subpoenaed. The DoJ has sent such a request seeking information about Nvidia’s acquisition of RunAI and aspects of its chip business, a person with direct knowledge of the matter has told the media.
